Stan Ventures has bypassed traditional interviewing methods with a few assessment tests, which allow us to evaluate the potential worker’s strengths, weaknesses, cultural fit and emotional intelligence. The process starts with a telephone interview, followed by the assessments, and then the results are shared with you for the final selection process.

EMPLOYEE BACKGROUND VERIFICATION

Before joining the organization, the selected employee will undergo a mandatory check to verify the validity of his certificates and a detailed check on his employment with any previous organizations, as well. A complete record of the background check for each potential employee will be maintained and produced upon request.

DOCUMENTS TO MAKE RECRUITMENT COMPLETE

The recruitment of the potential worker is completed upon mailing them an offer letter and receiving back the signed copy of acceptance. The Stan Ventures human resource team will help your organization devise a perfect offer letter as per our Indian standards, which can be edited according to your preferences.
